Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, sprayed, or used. This policy ensures product hygiene, authenticity, and quality control.
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
You received a wrong product (different item from what you ordered).
The product was damaged or leaked upon arrival.
You received an incomplete order (missing item).
If any of these apply, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a photo or video of the product received, and a brief description of the issue.
Our support team will verify your claim and guide you through the next steps.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
The customer must return the item through a registered courier service to the address provided by our team.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement product, depending on your preference.
Cash refunds are only available in special cases (e.g., product unavailable).
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used perfumes
Discounted or promotional items
Gift sets with missing components
Custom or special orders
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. Once accepted, the courier may not process damage claims.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for reasons of personal preference (such as scent choice). Exchanges are only permitted for defective or incorrect products.
